cased was formed in 2001 in by john cline with help from other musicians (james, anne, paul and jeff to name a few) in the chicago area.
it was a band to write and develop post rock songs which didn't fit into the dissonant style of big wow.
many different people played in cased from various bands in chicago. it was short lived but fun.
recording with matt talbott from hum was a treat. on the sonic page those two songs had guitar work played through hum orange amps. the warmth of tones is amazing.
